Code of Conduct

All Interagro Lusitano Collection USA, Inc. (including The Lusitano Collection), (hereinafter referred to as The Lusitano Collection), guests are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times.

Any behavior defying this Code of Conduct as determined in the sole discretion of event management will result in ejection and possible arrest by local authorities.

Ejected guests will not be entitled to receive a refund for their tickets nor will they be compensated in any way. Inappropriate behavior includes, but is not limited to:

• Drunk and disorderly conduct.

• Fighting or challenging others to fight.

• Interference with the event or participants of the event in any way.

• Taunting, using profanity and/or other offensive words.

• Entering a seating area without the correct ticket.

• Disturbing other patrons’ enjoyment of the event.

• Failing to comply with the requests of event management.

• Violating any local, state or federal laws.

The Lusitano Collection management reserves the right to deny entry or eject from the facility guests displaying inappropriate behavior, as determined by event management.

The Lusitano Collection also reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including, without limitation, if The Lusitano Collection believes that a customer's conduct violates applicable law(s) or is harmful to the interests of The Lusitano Collection.
