The Lusitano Collection®
offers pre-registered guests the opportunity to ride and test
the 2011 Collection participating horses. Horse tryouts are
available
ONLY to pre-registered
guests and scheduled
ONLY by appointment
on each designated horse tryout date.

Friday February 25th, 2011
Vet Check
Time: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Dr. Naomi Katzowitz will be on location at Jim Brandon
Equestrian Center to meet with interested buyers, who will be
able to view veterinarian records for participating horses
including most recent x-rays and tests. Please note that for the
well-being of the horses, the physical exam times noted above
will not be altered; however, should there be a need for
veterinary consults, they may be scheduled in advance whenever
possible.

Reception and Horse Showcase
Featuring The 2011 Lusitano Collection & The Equestrian Aid
Foundation
Time: 5:30pm – 8:30pm
Casual Attire
Guests will
have the opportunity to view The 2011 Lusitano Collection® Showcase
featuring 28 Lusitano beauties while enjoying an evening of
cocktails, hors d’oeuvres and entertainment.
Also during this evening, The
Equestrian Aid Foundation, The Lusitano Collection®
International Horse Auction’s charitable partner, will have
beautiful items for auction to raise funds for their important
cause.

Saturday February 26th, 2011
Horse Auction and Catered Dinner
Time: 5:30pm – 10:00pm
Semi Formal Attire
Guests will be delighted to see the arena transformed into a
magical hacienda complete with fountains and the amber glow of
hanging iron chandeliers. When they enter the exquisite tented
dining area to sit at white clothed tables set with candles and
white roses, they will enjoy a catered meal and
Carnival-style performance by Brazilian Samba dancers. The
dazzling entertainers will weave through the audience amid the
pulsating rhythm of the drumbeat up until the moment that the
auction of the prestigious 2011 Lusitano Collection® begins and
the gavel drops. Share the excitement as jubilant bidders get
ready to claim the horse of their dreams.
Interested buyers must register prior to the auction in order to
receive a bidding paddle.

In order to
accommodate horse enthusiasts this year, The 2011 Lusitano
Collection® will be offering pre-registered guests the
opportunity to attend and purchase a special-priced ticket for
the Horse Showcase ONLY.
Full Program Ticket prices will increase pricing two weeks prior
to the event (February 12, 2011) as well as at the door;
therefore we encourage you to purchase your tickets in advance.
Guests must be pre-registered in order to purchase tickets. To

reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times.
Any behavior defying this Code of Conduct as determined
in the sole discretion of event management will result in

Directions to Jim Brandon Equestrian Center
From west:
Take Florida Turnpike to exit 93, Lake Worth. Turn right
after toll booth on to Lake Worth Rd heading west. Go
approximately 2 miles and turn right onto State Road 7/US 441.
Proceed approximately 1.4 miles and turn right onto Forest Hill
Blvd/SR 882. Travel approximately 2.6 miles and turn right at
the light for Okeeheelee Park, into the entrance of the Jim
Brandon Equestrian Center.
From east:
Take I -95, to exit 66, West Palm Beach. Head west on
Forest Hill Blvd/SR 882. Travel west approximately 5
miles. Cross over Jog Rd and continue to the second light at
Okeeheelee Park. Turn left into the Jim Brandon Equestrian
Center.
